| Q: | Is it really SCARY? |
| A: | YES! At ScAir Structures it is our deepest desire to provide our customers with a very intense haunted attraction. We use realistic set dressing and props inside of our attractions and our “Boo Crew” is well trained to provide extreme scares that have a reputation for making our patrons scream, run, cry and yes, even pee their pants! Literally! Our sound and lighting is custom designed to provide a very creepy environment. We want you to feel like you are immersed in the middle of a scary movie. |
| Q: | Does it have to be scary? |
| A: | NO! Many of our customers want to rent attractions for schools or children’s organizations in which case we suggest our “Not So Scary Attraction”. It is appropriate and fun for young children and yet still entertaining for Mom’s, Dad’s and teens. (Please visit the rental packages to choose your scare level) |
| Q: | What is inside your attraction? |
| A: | Our attractions are decorated with studio quality set dressings and props. We also install ambient and special effect lighting throughout the attraction. We then equip the attraction with a custom designed themed soundtrack that is delivered through a series of satellite speakers and sub-woofers strategically positioned throughout the attraction. The final touch is our Boo Crew, they are specially trained to manipulate the dark hallways and secret passages within our attraction in order to provide you with the best scares and a great haunting experience. |
| Q: | How big is the ScAir Attraction? |
| A: | The basic attractions (regardless of theme or intensity) are approximately 1000 square feet (about the size of a small house). Because of the way these structures are designed we can create a long attraction through the efficient use of space on the inside. |

| Q: | What happens if someone tries to “pop” the ScAir Structure with a sharp object? |
| A: | ScAir Structures are inflated with a continuous flow of air provided by high output blowers. The air pressure is not sealed in, like a balloon. The air is continuously flowing through the stitching at the seams while the pressure inside of the columns that support the structure is maintained by the blowers. Even if you “stabbed” the structure with a sharp object, it would simply “bleed” air and would not collapse. |
| Q: | What happens if there is a loss of power? |
| A: | Due to the design even a sudden loss of power to the inflation blowers would not cause a sudden collapse. Instead the unit would get soft and slowly sink. This process lasts long enough for your staff to escort the patrons out of the unit until power is re-established. The blowers only require approx. 6 amps of power at cruising speed. Additional blowers can also be connected at alternate locations to be used as back up blowers in the event of a power loss to the primary blower. |
| Q: | What kind of safety features are built into ScAir Structures? |
| A: | ScAir Structures are constructed of Flame Resistant material (no spray on chemicals here). The entrances and aisles are wheelchair accessible. There are 6 primary exits and 4 alternate exits on every unit. Only 2 (ingress and egress) are required by most fire and safety marshals. (All product safety documents are available upon request) |

How do I decorate my ScAir Structure? |
| A: | ScAir Structures are equipped with many features that allow you to rig; sound, lighting, props and other decorations within the attraction. These include; over 500 “D” rings, stitched nylon strapping in the hall/door jams and a grid structured ceiling with attic space. |
| Q: | How can I make money with my ScAir Structure? |
| A: | Not only can you operate a simple yet effective haunted attraction in your community during the Halloween season for profit, but you can also generate income all year long with your ScAir Structure. Decorate your Structure with Christmas lights and decorations for the Holiday season for a great Christmas village and Santa photos. Rent your structure during the spring and summer as a laser tag maze, water tag arena, dark maze / obstacle course or many other style inflatable games. Call our office for ideas! |
| Q: | What does my ScAir Structure come with? |
| A: | Your standard ScAir Structure package comes complete with the structure itself, blowers, 30 interior walls (more than you need), patch kit, safety documents and operating manual. The ScAir Attraction comes with everything you need to operate a haunted attraction with the exception of your staff, marketing and safety equipment. |
