ScAir Structures provides a very unique Haunted House Rental service. Our customers include "A list" celebrities, country clubs, private parties, youth and service organizations, school and park districts, colleges, fairs and festivals.
We have attractions small enough to fit in your front yard or big enough for a mall parking lot and we can accommodate almost any budget.
It is an amazing sight when you watch our BOO CREW transform an empty space into a complete Haunted House. The magic starts when our ScAir Structure is inflated, because the larger attractions are bigger than some houses and they will transform from a small roll of material to a fully inflated attraction in just a few minutes. Then our BOO CREW will furnish the attraction, set up all the sound and lighting and if you desire they will change into costume and make up and scare your guests all night long, before they break it all down at the end of the event in about an hour.

ScAir Rental Packages
- THE ORPHANAGE - This is our premier attraction and the #1 request from our customers, but please call early because many of our customers book this unit one year in advance. The theme for this Haunted House is a turn of the century orphanage haunted by the deceased orphans that raised each other after their caretakers passed away. The details of the storyline for this attraction are laid out as the patrons make their way through the Haunted House and we use real adult and child actors in this attraction to provide an experience that can be very intense for the guests. We have had Hollywood directors come out of this attraction saying they felt like they were walking through a horror movie. This attraction is approximately 1200 square feet. We need about 4 hours prior to the opening to set up this attraction, however we prefer to set up a day in advance when possible. We only need a couple hours to break down and load up the attraction. This attraction requires 6 20amp circuits of power within 50' of the unit and direct set up access with a 20' travel trailer to the set up location. Pricing for this attraction starts at $4000.00 per night and increases based on the date of your event, travel, site difficulties, size and other factors.- SCAIR MODULES - These are our newest ScAir Structures and they offer the best in pricing and flexibility for customers. They are individual 13' x 13' structures that can be set up by themselves or multiple Modules can be linked together to make a larger attraction and they can come as just a bare structure for you to equip and decorate or we can add everything from sound and lighting to props and decorations. The Modules come in a variety of themes and we even have exterior artwork available. Finally there are two types of services available as well; Our BOO CREW can simply "Drop" the unit and inflate it at your location, leaving it for your crew or family to operate or we can set up and operate the attraction for you.
The pricing for our ScAir Modules starts at $300 per day for just the Module "Dropped" at your location for a full day and up to $1000.00 per Module, per day, fully equipped and staffed. Terms and Conditions
- Customer is required to provide electrical supply for the attraction. If power supply is not available or insufficient ScAir Structures can supply portable power at an additional charge
- The ScAir Structures staff is responsible for operating the attraction and providing “scares”. Ticketing, security, line control and other duties are to be provided by the client. These services can be provided by ScAir Structures at an additional cost.
- Customer is responsible for all marketing, advertising and ticketing
- The ScAir Structures crew will be solely responsible for setting up the attraction. We will need access to the event site with a large truck and cargo trailer. Locations with difficult access will require additional charges. Our staff can do a site check at your convenience to make that determination.
- Set up and break down times and requirements will be determined after a site check has been performed and the event details have been discussed with the customer.
- The number of staff members’ changes based on the intensity level and the events specific needs.
- ScAir Structures does not typically use “gore” or graphic props that are inappropriate for a general audience, however, at times some of the scenes created inside the attraction may be deemed too severe for some people.
- A 20% deposit is required to reserve an attraction for your event. The balance is due once the attraction is set up and ready to operate.
- Payment in full is required regardless of attendance, weather or other circumstances not under the control of ScAir Structures.
