With one phone call you can arrange to have a haunted attraction (between 1000 and 5000 square feet) delivered to your location or event.  Our Boo Crew will set up the entire attraction in a matter of hours, operate that attraction and afterwards pack it all up.

We will provide you and your event with an experience that you will not soon forget.  It is truly an impressive sight to see this inflatable attraction go up and come together.  And ScAir Structures is the only company that can provide you with this service.

Our crew will travel anywhere within the continental U.S. during anytime of the year (not just Halloween) and we can provide a lot more than just the Haunted Attraction.  Please see “other services” below for a complete listing of services that we provide.

We have a lot of customers that come to us for many different reasons, however there are three basic categories; fundraising, private parties and “pay for play” events.

Here are some examples of customers that hire our services for fundraising events

  1. Schools or P.T.A.
  2. Shopping centers
  3. Colleges
  4. Churches
  5. Youth organizations (Boys and Girls Club, Y.M.C.A., etc…)
  6. Park Districts
  7. Municipalities (cities, towns, etc…)
  8. Organizations (Kiwanis, Rotary, etc…)

Many of our rentals are for private parties.  Our customers either hire us directly or through their party planners to put together a Halloween event to remember.  Nothing will impress your guests like a 1000 square foot haunted attraction in your own backyard. But don’t stop there our crew can theme the entire location including; decorations, sound and lighting. And our crews are very experienced at setting up in difficult locations and under unique circumstances.

We also provide our attractions for many “Pay for Play” events.  An example of a Pay for Play event would be a; fair, festival, carnival, shopping mall or strip mall.  For these types of event we offer our rentals at reduced rates in exchange for proceeds from the ticket sales.  If you have a major event that would benefit from having this type of an attraction please contact us by phone or email so that we can discuss the options and details

ScAir Rental Packages

Here are the four different ScAir packages that you can choose from for your event.  Each of these packages includes; the structure(s), complete sound and lighting system, set dressing and prop package and our Boo Crew including scare staff and operational staff.  After choosing your package you can then choose your intensity level and theme.

  1. Home Haunter – For this size attraction we use our smaller 160 square foot ScAir Rooms. They are 13’ wide by 13’ deep. We can use one or link multiple units together depending on the space available.
  2. Traditional ScAir – This is our full size ScAir Haunt at approximately 1000 square feet.
  3. ScAir Attraction – Our most popular rental. It includes a ScAir Haunt and 2 ScAir Rooms. This unit provides the best looking and most effective attraction for any type of event
  4. Multi ScAir Venue – This package is designed for larger events that run for multiple weekends / days.  You are welcome to choose this option for any size event, however in our experience, the other package options are more than enough for most events.

Intensity Level

  • Not so Scary – This scare level is designed for children who want to experience a haunted house but are too afraid.  If your event is for small children we will offer a Halloween themed attraction that they can enjoy without bringing home the nightmares.  The music will include fun Halloween songs instead of a scary soundtrack. The lighting will be brighter and no intense effects will be used.  Finally our staff will be in place only to provide guidance and support for the children they will not to jump out and scare them.  Part of our staff will also be available to lead groups through with a flashlight or candle. This helps make the kids feel secure.
  • Traditional Scare - This scare level is designed to accommodate a wide variety of clients.  Our Boo Crew will be positioned throughout the attraction to operate the effects and scare visitors.  They will also be available to guide and escort visitors through when requested.  The sound, lighting, set dressing and decorations will be more intense and intimidating. This intensity level is appropriate for kids of all ages and will provide entertainment for teens and adults.
  • Extreme Attraction - This scare level is not intended for the faint of heart.  This is a very dark attraction with effect lighting used to highlight props and provide confusion. The sound levels are high with heavy bass reverberating throughout the attraction.  Our Boo Crew will not hold back. Scares will be intense and frequent. It will be easy for visitors to become confused and lost. Visitors will be warned not to run out of the attraction, watch their steps and not to make physical contact with our crew. Dense fog / smoke will exist throughout the attraction.  Due its intensity it is possible that our Boo Crew will come in direct contact with the patrons as they travel through the attraction.

Themes

  1. The Dark – The only thing scarier than the dark is what lurks within it!  This attraction does not contain any props or decorations. Instead we utilize the darkness that is a natural element in the attraction to our advantage. Visitors will have to trust our directional lighting and special lighting effects to find their way through the attraction. And of course, our Boo Crew will be hiding inside waiting to show you that your worst fears lie within...The Dark.
  2. The Haunting – The grounds in front of this old abandoned house became the final resting place for all of the lost souls that had no where else to spend eternity.  The caretaker of this old house and cemetery mysteriously vanished years ago and now the residents have risen from their permanent sleep to search for him.  Be careful as you walk through the grounds and the main residence. You may be mistaken for their caretaker and pulled into their world for an eternity.
  3. The Orphanage – This lonely building on the outside of town was home to many children, rejected by the world. Rejected by everyone but the young couple who cared for these orphans in this run down location. One night the young couple died together in their sleep. Scared of the rest of the world and determined not to be taken form the only home that ever accepted them, they have taken over. Be careful as you walk through these halls because these orphans will do anything to protect their home.

Pricing

Since each of our customers have unique needs with respect to their event and since each location provides its own challenge for our crew and the structure we cannot provide a set of standardized rates for our rental packages.

We do however, have a form that you can complete that will provide us with most of the information that we need to develop an estimate.  Simply click here, PROPOSAL SURVEY and provide us with as much detail as possible about your event. Please keep in mind that the proposal we provide you will be based on the information you give us only.  If the conditions of your event change, so will the price.

Also, if your event is outside of Southern California we will add; travel and accommodation costs for our crew as well as shipping costs for our equipment.
