Safety Features
ScAir
Structures were built in
cooperation with county fire and building inspectors in
California. They were constructed for maximum durability and
longevity. They are engineered to meed and exceed all
standards for the American Society for Testing and Materials
(ASTM) and certified flame -resistant or nonflammable by the
National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA).
ScAir Structures have exits
and ventilation hatches built into each unit ensuring that your
patrons are never more than 25' from an exit.
ScAir Structures will not
immediately collapse, but will gradually deflate in the event of a
power failure, leaving time to escort your patrons outside of the
unit. If an unruly guest tires to spoil your night by
vandalizing your structure, don't worry, Scair Structure
won't "POP" like a balloon. If you should experience a puncture or cut in
your unit, the air will simply "bleed" from the wound without the
integrity of the structure being sacrificed. You can then
simply patch the wound with the maintenance kit provided with
every unit.
ScAir Structures are designed
to be wheelchair accessible and accommodate emergency signage,
smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Their soft but
durable design, allows for a general "safe" feeling and helps
prevent injuries caused from "bumping" into walls.
ScAir Structures will also
stand up to fowl weather conditions, when properly assembled and
anchored.
